FHMY – memoriesyouwillneverfeelagain

A title which is a bit of a mouthful but readable and syncs up well with the math rock/pop Radiohead like turn by FHMY. This act from Egypt have their own way of doing things and for that I really like what is going on here. For one there is a set of singers who expres the words in a rolling manner, never making it feel onerous but rather a skipping through a summer meadow quality that is the very essence of indie pop. Reminded me of the Delgados, a constant adherence to glorious off-kilterism. KH
