I think if I was several pints in I would be waltzing to ‘Sheep’ within seconds, I’m not but could still recognise the depth of romance from Toronto’s Dandy. That they do it in such a minimalist way just shows the craft they can wield from such a quiet vantage point. The words they do materialise in a fashion that will have hearts going pitter patter every time. Country indie pop is a new one on me but I’ll take it all day long. KH
