One thing about Person, they (he, Samuel Beer-Pearce) bring their own identity to proceedings and it comes from the subtle combination of a singer, an acoustic sway and a set of harmonies that advice us to not sweat the small things. Once we’ve followed that bit advice ‘Follow Me’ gets even easier to fall for because it has an onward progression that is both comforting and hypnotic. Slowly but surely we fall under its spell, that takes a certain genius – something that we know Person are good for. KH
